Does nebraska law require that a salon employee is entitled to min wage or commssion or which ever is higher?

no, depends on how you were hired. If you are on their payroll, then yes they would have to pay you up to min wage if your tips dont make that much.





But more than likely you were brought on as an independent contractor. In which case you own your own business and they owe you nothing.
