How do you get to the salon in Animal Crossing?

I went on the Animal Crossing homepage and it showed a clip of the salon and that someone was getting their hair done. I have been going on to site by site and it gave me nothing. Do you have to do something to get their? Please can someone out there help me!!!How do you get to the salon in Animal Crossing?
You have to get Nookingtons, the final upgrade of Nook's shop. I believe you have to buy/sell 500,000 bells worth of stuff and have a person over wifi or wireless friend come over and buy something from Nook.How do you get to the salon in Animal Crossing?
well you have to get the better nook station....basically wait....but im not sure if the one with the salon is the one you have to have a friend go to your town for....when you get the best nook store that you can get....have a friend come into your town and buy something from your nook store...late nook will send you a note saying that he is upgrading the store...in the back of the first floor will be a salon
You need to keep buying stuff from Tom Nook shop and he will upgrade his shop and then get a salon
You have to buy a certain amount of items from nook and another person has to come vist your town threw wifi or ds to ds and buy something from nooks
